The MSA will not make the decision.People have spoken to the MSA and there will be NO WRITTEN DECISION FROM THE MSA!
Therefore as matters stand you can be excluded from a meeting and count it as a dropped round if in a heat.
Everyone (nearly everyone...)thinks this is unfair.However you have 7 days from yesterday 29 Sept to object in writing to the championship secetary Mrs Anne Laws, address in the regulations.
Otherwise it will be too late, the numbers will stand as per the LGM web site.
