I agree that there should be a minimum driving standard but limiting it to the top few places in club championships might mean insufficient entries.
It could also penalise someone who passed their ARKS in say July and then raced every weekend but could not get enough points at any club from just four meetings.
Maybe we should have qualifying rounds but the qualification level be set to say 105% of the fastest time.
