Hi all, i installed my Mychron 4 yesterday onto the kart including the data key and hub etc. I also installed Race Studio 2 on the computer.

However when i went to download the data onto the PC it wouldnt let me, it was reading 'impossible to read data logger'

Can anyone shed some light on why this isnt working???
