Well the snapped bolt isn't coming out without destroying the carrier.

So that leaves me with option of replacing the complete carrier and disc assembly with CRG parts which will no doubt be pricey or switch to non floating with a universal carrier and disc.

Is there no pad return on the Ven04 caliper or shims? Should the pads be loose to move along the pins?
