my son who is 7 started in a bambino lasted 3 weeks and i got him a (poject 1 honda cadet used)the best thing we ever bought at the begining of the summer as the other chap says don't cut short on saftey never buy a used helmit all we ever buy for kart is petrol change oil do a check before use on all nuts and bolts best of luck Ł500 will buy you loads as most cadets are moving up a class bid hard or walk away
