No TKM stuff will not be any good on a cadet
TKM axle 30mm Cadet 25mm
Front stubs on a TKM are very likely to be longer than a cadet making the nut that holds the wheel on stick out the side.
The seat you probably could use but it may be worth knocking up some padding for it so it holds him in. Best bet is a complete cadet chassis and keepthe TKM for yourself or if you want to score brownie points then set it up for the misus
