That sounds a good initiative, but is being done to improve track time on race weekends?

One weekend we were there in the summer there was a:-
cadet prearks session
cadet licence holders racing next day session
cadet licence holders not racing session
as well as the usual pre arks sessions

Other classes that were racing the following day had very little track time
