Hi,

I need to send off for my new license for 2009. I had a novice licence in 2007, am not yet off my novice plates, then i did not have a licence in 2008.

What do i need to do to get my '09 licence? Plus do i need a new mugshot?

Also, is it just Ł30 i need to pay (not Ł51) and then i just pay the Ł21 upgrade fee when i send off with all my signatures?)
