Should do the job with 250ml but buy 500ml so you have fluid available for re bleed at a later date with the correct fluid. Just think if you have had a problem at the track needing a brake bleed and nobody has the same fluid. Spend a few pounds ow and save yourself a wasted day later.
I use an OTK kart and routinely bleed the brakes with fresh fluid every month, not a full change but a quick bleed off using the gravity feed bottle. Never bleed the OTK system by pumping the pedal and always ensure the master cylinders are fully back as they can stick causing bleed and then excess pedal travel problems.
