The mentor scheme is exactly what we do in TKM at Clay. We pit together and have a laugh too. Even the WAGs enjoy it. The reward is bigger grids; all the novices we introduced last year are all planning on coming back. Most of them have already been out testing.

Other classes also do the same at clay.
