Have just spoken to Nigel Freeman ( Daphne's husband) and despite all their efforts the snow has won and the meeting is definitely cancelled.
Big pat on the back for the guys who've tried their hardest to get it on but you've certainly made the right call with all the travelling that was required for many of the drivers.
