My Son has been wearing his for about six months, he finds it comfortable, light and unlike the foam protectors does not restrict his head movement. Does it work? well I saw him stuff his Kart into the tyres at speed, Stub axle and track rods bent beyond repair, nose cone and clips parted company, for a few seconds there was no movement then to my enormous relief he just got out and sat on the tyre wall. Winded but fine and no complaints of any strains then or later. Did the Leatt make a difference? well I am happy that he puts it on as automatically as he does his Helmet. PS if you shop around you can get one nearer Ł250 but make sure it is the Karting version.
