Who says they don't?

However, our 'problem' is that we don't have any proper 'suspension' and thus we have to get all our 'compliance' from deflecting materials. With an F1 car, the principle is to make the chassis and (I assume) the wheels as STIFF as possible so that NOTHING but the suspension MOVES. If only the suspension moves, they can have complete control (they WISH!!!) over it's 'line of travel'.

We just don't have that 'luxury'.
