I don't like ANY cxhange (being a boring old fart!) but, having seen these things in Germany of 'Cadet' and 'pre-cadet' (bambino) classes, they looked better than I expected.

I can see an argument for them and I can see a knee-jerk reaction against change. Overall, they are not 'evil' per-se.
