I think after 7-8 runs Paul you should do a complete home service , you can`t check or clean a kart enough , and in the long run it will make your life a lot easier,

the only special tools you realy need are for the clutch,

Piston stop tool
Crank locking tool
Clutch puller
Drum removal tool if you need to change the front sprocket,
30mm deep socket
38mm socket
Loctite (strong)
Grease for the crank roller bearing
