Welll.......
Isn't the concept of the legaility of two chassis with the same number covered buy the wording 'Unique Number'. Yes it IS sloppily worded.... you'd have to find a pretty HUGE number to find it had NOT been assigned to anything else on the planet and even then, you could not be CERTAIN that it WAS 'unique' (only one of it exists!)
However, the spirit of the rules would seem to make TWO chassis with the same number VERY illegal....
A final 'however' would state that, done well and done DELIBERATELY, it would NOT be easy to see if there we TWO of the same numbered chassis in the 'van' and thus it would be difficlut to PROVE that a competitor had used two inentically numbered chassis.
