just a comment on the pro and cons of these very different engines , now that i own a kf3 just for fun , i just cant understand how rotax max engines still hold there value when you can get kf3 type engines for half the price second hand and as far as performance is in it the max just cannot live with the junior kf3 engine, my advice to anyone thinking of an engine for playing about on is go for the kf series , no more problems with jetting , starts everytime , to sum it up brilliant, if your other kart is a max
