Read my response to your question again ! I said the reason Rotax Max motors HOLD THEIR VALUE is because they can be raced almost everywhere. KF and Rotax Max engines are built first and foremost for racing and if there's a demand for them to be raced, they will hold their value, if there isn't, they won't. 100cc motors are not raced pervasively any more and as a result their are worthless.
