In reality Clubs already have to keep documents up to 7-8 years after a Junior/Cadet reaches 18 meaning an incident say with the new Bambinos would mean a Club keeping records for up to 20 years ie to the end of the potential litigation period!

Don't worry it's the same for any organisation that deals with youngsters eg Scouting, Schools etc
