Brakes Overheating - Why?

Right, at Whilton on Sunday, I was having problems with overheating brakes. The brake would work perfectly for the first 4/5 laps, and then would become increasingly worse, with it failing to release, and holding on. Now, during the day, we bled the brakes, and although this helped in the pits we still had the problem.

Whats stumps me, is that we have used this system for the past 3 days racing, and have had no problems whatsoever!

The system used is the OTK brake on the EVXX, the big brake upgrade, and we recently changed over from the brake fluid in the system before (the purple dot 5 fluid i believe?) to Dot 4.

Any help appreciated, as it pretty much ruined my day at Whilton yesterday!
