Could be the coil,HT lead, plug cap or spark plug itself,I've had that with a bad Earth before as well. Sorry not much help I suppose.

Check for cracks in the insulation on the HT lead and/or plug capif it's running close to the engine or cover it's possible for the spark to arc across to that and some of the HT current to still produce a small spark. Not really the right time of year to try this but when it's dark you can sometimes see the arc.
