Errrr....... it'll stop being loose at the rear..........
Remember, these things are a 'trade off'. Increasing the rear grip will AUTOMATICALLY reduce the FRONT grip. This is becasue the rear wheels WANT to drive you in a straight line (they are joined together, unlike the front wheels). So, it is INEVITABLE that making the rear grip more will promote 'understeer' (front does not turn the kart as much as you have 'asked it for'). You have arrived at the RIGHT rear grip when the front and rear work in EXACTLY the manner you wnt. When it starts to understeer more than you can tolerate OR your lap times get worse.... then you have gone too far!
