You don't realy need to lube the roller bearing at all if you don't want to.
The bearing only rolls when the kart is at a standstill and idling,as soon as you move away and the clutch grips the whole thing turns as one,thats why you can use a plastic insert on a 11 tooth,if it was that critical the plastic one would melt.
