I purchased a set when I got our new viper in February this year. KKc do plastic ones and they are brilliant. The waist area (either side of the fuel tank) on the tonykart is very low therefore gets flattened on bumps and kerbs, especially when the front ride height is in the lower position. A flattened tube MUST be detrimental to the handling, not to mention the enhanced resale value.
