The current Vega's were tested in this country by JAG, as I am sure you know the issue is NOT if the tyres are suitable for the class but that the tyres are of variable quality such that it makes racing on them a lottery.
Now given the cost of racing in any class it is totally unsatisfactory that the final result is determined by the good or bad (relatively) tyre that you buy from your supplier.
Improved quality control at the factory is the only answer to this situation, but the first step is to convince JAG, and Vega that there is a problem.
One answer may be for JAG to collect all the used tyres after a Super 1 meeting and test them.
