The people who organise the meet, obviously do know the regs, I think it has just been a major cock up on someones part!

But I also agree with nichaelg that it was a disgrace to ask any class to forego their meet, but to ask a cadet class was just out of order! I guess the feeling was that they could get away with it, and hope the kids don't remember how much the club tried to shaft them!

My son has already asked me to join Rowrah next year!
