If doing it on your own loosen the brake disk as much as possible with screwdriver in the gap and then tie wrap the brake pedal tight. This holds the disk in place and stops it falling on the floor and also keeps it in place for the new one going in. This method is not needed if one of your arms is longer than an axle but otherwise its usefull!
