Your lack of knowledge of the procedure shows that many would protest/appeal without good grounds!

The reality is that the procedure exists for the drivers benefit, but you have to understand it before you can use it to effect to right genuine wrongs, this thread does nothing to give good reason other than to higher the fees because of the amount of ignorance surrounding correct reasons for protesting and appealing!
