i think that is pretty much the problem, they simply need more observers or support on track, or even the observers to be stood around the track and not just at the start finish line.

hopefully things will improve over the next few meetings and get back to how it used to be, i think val not being there didnt help as she is often right on the money with stuff. it would be nice to see her given more of a support team to work with though.
