Andy- - i had that problem last year. Make sure your axle and the inside of the sprocket carrier are spotlessly clean. give 'em a going over with 800 wet and dry paper. Clean afterwards with brake cleaner. make sure the keyway bar has no damage to it as that sometimes can cause the sprocket carrier to stick.
