iv have read the motorsports now and as you have stated they ARE proposing the implementation for msa national kart racing from 2010.

93.1 international AND msa national kart racing events(with the exception of drivers under the age of 15)

which says to me that over 15rys of age will be given 1yrs good grace before it Is mandatory, but not for the under 15s.... i hope you are correct and im wrong.
