I don't get it?
You make safety & competition rules on the basis on evidence & knowledge and then apply them.
So if you dont apply your rules or make 'exceptions', what is the point in the first place?
Were the initial rules wrong? or is the exception wrong?
And I thought my works rules were nuts!

Very glad the youngster is on the mend!
