The bigger the chassis tube then generally the stiffer the chassis will be.
I have run all and prefered the 32 tube chassis and was always awesome in the rain as well as the dry !
You have to set any chassis up correctly and seat position is important on any chassis to start.
A seat not in the right position can turn any kart off !!
