We need to wait for the precise wording of the new regs. I'm hoping that there is no mention of "CIK" in them, but something along the lines of "any chassis conforming to....". In my email to Talko, I did specifically request that mechanical brakes be allowed, but I don't think I'll hold my breath. From my own point of view though, it may all be academic, as I won't have anything more to do with the class if they bring in sticky tyres.
