I have been in this sport fo 37 years and have seen hundreds of karts flip even in the days prior to bodywork. The point here is that these nosecones ARE contributing to an exsessive number of accidents thet may well not have happened if the "proper" one had been fitted. In the past when safety issues were raised, the Chief Scrutineer for the class would get involved, in this case I believe that would be Paul Klassen, and if the concerns were valid changes would be made. The MSA however seem reluctant to involve themselves in this issue and I am forced to think that the influence of the Zip organisation has a lot to do with this. Prove me wrong please MSA.
