i think the first few are abit harsh...a little rubbin cant be avoided on some starts or on the rolling lap. certainly if you run someone wide with th ebumper or gain an advantage/ cause a crash you should be penalised. its only a good thing that these are being brought in. i know im getting a go pro camera for next year and pointing it backwards from my kart so i know whos hit me!
