Yeh there is that case, I brought a complete kart from a one Mr Blyth (his son James was racing super 1 tkm at the time) who said it was perfect. Took it out and it was all over the place, tyre graining on 2 corners but not on others, on the brakes it turned left etc etc. Sent it back to the manufacturer (wont name who) who said oh yes that was previously straightened by us, its pretty bad still and shouldnt be raced! Shows you dont know what you're getting. I was totally ripped off, I called him and he just said 'well thats business' and also the manufacturer should never have given that chassis back to him! Put me out of racing for 4 months.
