If he's 6, then it's likely that there is not as much weight on the rear as would normally be the case. If you ballast him up to the class minimum weight by putting the lead low down on the back of the seat, it will improve rear grip and allow you to directly compare lap times. (Disclaimer: this is a general observation not born out of any knowledge or experience of the WPT class!!).
