The rounder the profile, the less camber sensitive the tyre (think of a motorbike tyre and how camber insensitive that is; imagine riding a motorbike with a tyre profile similar to the new Maxxis).
The stiffer the construction, the more camber sensitive the tyre becomes (because it does not deform relative to the load and track surface).
It's impossible to say which chassis this suits more as all chassis have a different amount of caster and camber built in. However, if we assume that these tyres are camber sensitive, a key area for development would be in matching the set camber to the change in camber due to chassis flex, caster angle etc.
