I have just got back from wasting 2 hours driving to the track only to be told we don’t want your scruffy trailer and awning in the paddock to-day as it will impact on the visual experience of our track-day customers. I was tempted to offer a tirade of advice like “I am a customer who pays each month to support your business” or “if you are really concerned about your customer’s experience how about re-surfacing the track and paddock” but I did not.
Mr Chairman, please try and post when there is an event on that will stop your Customers, being treated like customers that is being able to prepare properly for their pre-paid Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
