I thought/knew that might be the answer but interesting that a driver can complete the pre-final, line up for the a-final, get excluded presumably for driving standards in that particular race and then have it count against him for the entire meeting. I can understand it being for a particular race but for it to be retrospective.

Unless of course the exclusion was for something else or something happened that led to the total exclusion.

But thanks for clearing that up.
