Jack,
in answer to your question, about £150 - £200 for a very simple design and anywhere up from there but, why not do it yourself?
I did a Jenson Button replica for my son on his Bell helmet with an air brush and a lot of labour...
Although I say it myself, it looks OK, there are a couple of flaws you can see when you get really close but most people don't notice and the second one I did on number two son's Bieffe helmet was a better job (but done in red on his request). FYI, both my son's share the same initials as Jenson hence it seemed appropriate.
