Probably not a good time to say something like that bearing in mind who is the current World Champion. Perhaps not the best way to encourage government funding.....

As usual however, if you focus on what Bernie hasn't said, even the reverse then things come more into focus. My guess: he is stonewalling to allow a deal to be completed and will say whatever it takes to move on.
