The Stom appears an excellent buy, if you look closely when next to an 06 Tony EVX the chassis layouts appear identicle, obviously it is made to a budget and costs must be cut somewhere to make it so cheap but it certainly does not appear to be an inferior design. The only problems I can forsee is that with time the chassis may tire faster than one made to a higher standard also as a new one is cheap the second hand value will be accordingly low as well.
I would say try one and you will probably buy one on the evidence I have seen.
