the CMR helmet should be available to buy...if you want to or need to, but you should still be allowed to use the Snell 2005 until 2015...seems to be the fairest way in my mind....we have a Bell K1 sport just over 12months old, an Arai SK5 about 18months old just been painted this year...absolutly nothing wrong with them but will be resigned to non MSA racing or practice days...is a CMR lighter?...yes...safer??? who knows....wish FIA/MSA had done tests on neck braces and how effective they were in the event of an accident instead of enforcing us to buy, what feel like overpriced BMX helmets.

think we might find alot of people taking part in non MSA racing in 2011...just out of protest.
