I have a kart engine that I want to clean (dont worry its not anodised like a TKM or anything like that) before putting it back together. Someone suggested bead blasting but I dont fancy doing that if I cannot clean all the grit out.
Is there any chemicals you can buy to dip all the components in just to clean them? I've even been told to use Mr Muscle oven cleaner! Does this really work??
