A Toyota Powervan (any age - any mileage - 2.4D or D4D) is the most reliable van out there.
Had one for 2 years, used it hard and never had to lift the bonnet.
Plus if you buy well and keep it clean, when you sell it you will pretty much get your money back.
You would probably want a LWB. Only real glitch is they are on the small side so you would have to raise the deck height to the top of the rear wheel arches if you want to roll a kart in.Good van though.
