Atol are a distributor of race fuels not a refiner/blender, like Carless etc.
They have to buy from Europe and pay duty,packing costs, tracers, markers, delivery, etc etc on the fuel before they can even distribute to circuits then there are costs for DGA's, licences, insurence,etc etc. All adds up in the end.
