Any normal business that doesnt communicate with it's customers is in for a hiding in the current climate. You can't necessarily argue with the cost -let face it you run a business to make money, BUT you have to be up front with the costs and rules so that people can make an informed choice. The game here is different as it combines business with dreams. If you think you have your clients hooked you can do what you want, and lets face it people have bought into an idea that you have to do this to progress.
I watch with interest to see what happens.
