just on the KF front that's an interesting point.

A friend of mine has his son in KF2 in Europe and S1 and the view is if you're serious about KF then go East as in Europe.

Not sure if it's to do with apathy or saving pennies for 2010 but the number of entries for the winter series for SKF and KF2 is woeful.

Remains to be seen if this is a one-off and numbers are ok for 2010 season and the same across the board.

Like you I did some analysis a while back (I know - very anorak ting to do!) and the numbers say in Senior Rotax have dropped alarmingly in the past 5 years. At one point there were b, c and maybe d finals. Interesting to see if the 2010 season will be the same or affected by the recent goings-on
